How it works

A private sale, explained plainly.

A direct offer exchanges some potential retail upside for a shorter process, privacy and a defined buyer.

Tell us what you have.

Submit the brand, model, reference, condition, accessories and photographs.

Review the range.

We respond to complete submissions within 24 hours. There is no fee and no obligation.

Confirm the watch.

We inspect authenticity, ownership, condition and included accessories before the final amount is agreed.

Finishing the sale

Two ways to close, whichever suits you.

Once the preliminary range works for you, you choose how the watch is authenticated and paid for. Both routes end the same way: you see the final amount before anything is final, and you can still walk away.

01

We send a private buyer to you.

The simplest route inside Orange County. Your watch never leaves your hands until you have agreed the number.

  1. We schedule a private appointment at a time and place that suits you — home, office or a bank.
  2. Our buyer authenticates the watch in front of you: reference, movement, bracelet, papers and serial.
  3. If the final amount matches the range, you accept and are paid on the spot by cash or wire.
  4. If anything is not as expected, we say so on the spot and you keep the watch. No fee either way.

02

Or ship it to us, fully insured.

For sellers outside Orange County, or anyone who would rather not host an appointment. Shipping and insurance are on us.

  1. Once the range works for you, we email a prepaid USPS or UPS label, insured for the agreed amount, with signature required and packing guidance.
  2. Your watch is opened and filmed on arrival, then authenticated by our watchmaker — movement, case, dial and bracelet.
  3. We confirm the final amount against the authentication. You approve it before any payment is released.
  4. Payment is normally sent by wire the same business day you approve. Decline, and it ships back insured at our cost.

Insured for the agreed amount · signature required · filmed on arrival · return shipping paid if you decline

Either route, the amount quoted online is preliminary until the watch has been physically inspected, authenticated and confirmed to match the submission. Ownership and identification are verified before any payment is made.

Why the direct offer is below retail

A retail asking price assumes time to find an end buyer and can carry authentication, servicing, shipping, marketplace fees, returns and warranty obligations. A direct buyer assumes those costs and risks.

Payment and local pickup

Approved Orange County purchases may be completed by cash or wire after inspection and verification. The method is agreed before the appointment.

If you would rather not meet in person

You are not required to host an appointment. Once the preliminary range works for you, we email a prepaid USPS or UPS label insured for the agreed amount and requiring a signature. We film the parcel as it is opened, authenticate the watch and hold it untouched until you approve the final amount. If you decline, it goes back to you insured at our cost, at the same declared value.
